In planning for this training, we incur substantial costs to execute all aspects of the course. Therefore, the following fees apply:
Number of Days Before Program | Transfer of Date with Fee | Cancellation Fee |
More than 30 days | None | None |
15-30 days | 25% of tuition | 75% of tuition |
1-15 days | Prohibited | 100% of tuition |
Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to future courses as long as the request is made >30-15 days before the start of the course with a maximum 25% fee for the transfer; the balance of the tuition payment will be held and used to assist with costs for the individual’s participation in a future course. Agencies and organizations may request permission from the Program Manager to transfer registrations to other staff members. No transfer requests can be made 1-15 days before the course or during the course.
Cancellations: Training participants may cancel their registrations before the course at either no penalty (more than 30 days in advance); 75% of the cost of the registration (15-30 days in advance); or 100% of the cost of registration (1-15 days in advance). No payments will be returned for individuals who are not able to complete the training.
Our goal is to avoid timelines that might prevent government employees from attending the course due to a potential government shutdown. During the unforeseen chance that this situation arises, we will continue with the course due to the investments in course planning, contracts, and associated venue arrangements.
